Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return request

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged products

Products without original packaging

Products purchased during sale or clearance offers

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos of the product

A complete unboxing video (from sealed package to opening)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method

Refund processing time: 7–10 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products

We do not offer size or design exchanges for accessories

Important Notes

Slight variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting and screen differences and are not considered defects
